To qualify each month, you must:
- Be an active MVMT Pro subscriber in good standing
- Use the platform tools throughout the month
- Attend or watch the replay of our monthly meeting and our monthly “Sales & Marketing Meeting”
- Create and publish a monthly newsletter

- Submit your claim within 7 days of month's end

The MVMT Pro Guarantee is available to all active subscribers in good standing on an ongoing monthly basis after the first 30-days. To qualify for a refund in any given month, subscribers must meet all participation requirements listed above and submit a completed claim form with verifiable proof of compliance, including platform login activity, tool usage, and training completion. "New booking" is defined as a confirmed travel reservation from a client not previously booked through the subscriber's business in the prior 12 months. Refunds are limited to one per billing period, applied to that month's subscription charge only, and may not be claimed in consecutive months without a 30-day reset period. Movement Marketing reserves the right to verify all submissions and deny claims that do not meet eligibility requirements. Results will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and client base. Movement Marketing LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from partial or incomplete implementation of program materials.
